Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Membership

Using the app is free. A paid membership lets fighters be matched into bouts. Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel or change your plan at any time in Settings, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A lifetime membership is a one-time payment that lasts for as long as Fight Club AI offers the service. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Fights and safety

Combat sports carry a real risk of serious injury. By accepting a bout you confirm that you are fit to fight, that you take part voluntarily, and that you accept the risks of the sport. You must follow the venue rules and the instructions of officials.

A bout is booked only when both fighters confirm it. We match fighters by matching pool, weight, experience and discipline, but a match is not a guarantee about your opponent. Venues and officials may stop or cancel a bout at any time.

Identity verification

Fighters must verify their identity with Stripe Identity before they can be matched. We may refuse or remove a fighter whose identity cannot be verified.

Conduct

Do not misuse the platform, impersonate anyone, harass other members, or try to get around matching rules. We may suspend your account or your fighting privileges if you break these terms or put anyone at risk. We will tell you why.

Fight Club AI text alerts

1. What you receive. If you check the SMS box when you sign up or turn texts on in Settings, Fight Club AI will text you about fight slots at the venues you chose, reminders to answer them, requests to confirm a proposed bout, bout confirmations, cancellations and reminders, and important account alerts such as a failed membership payment. When you verify your phone number, we text you the one-time code you requested.
2. Consent is optional. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of membership. Without it you still receive these notifications by email and in the app.
3. Frequency. Message frequency varies with your activity, for example when new fight slots open at your venues and around bouts you are part of.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
5. Stopping texts. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to stop all texts. We will send one message confirming you have opted out. Reply START to receive texts again. You can also turn texts off in Settings.
6. Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@fight-club.ai.
7. Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility. Texts are available on US mobile numbers to members aged 18 or over.
9. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number and consent.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Fight Club AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the membership fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell you about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
